I guess the policy is if you enter the portal we may or may not allow you to return, Obviously not a real policy.

Again, he nor Williams officially entered the portal. The gray area is they announced they were going to but never followed through with it.

Since I don't have access to the portal I have to depend on what's being reported. In both cases the articles clearly states that the player has removed his name from the portal. Again it could be that the reporting is wrong, but without a way to verify or refute the information I'm going to trust the reporting over a hornsports contributor.

IMHO , having a blanket one size fits all policy is a bad idea. If a player is super important to the program, then the coaches should continue to compete for that player.

It kind of reminds me of how Venables claimed that a commit that took a visit elsewhere was no longer a commit. If your top commits takes visits elsewhere, it wouldn't be strategic to turn them away on national signing day because they essentially did their due diligence.

Speaking of Ant HIll, most of the mock drafts don't have him going in the 1st round. Would be nice if he changed his mind and came back to up his stock . A fan can dream...

That would be nice.

He def deserved to be a first rounder if we had a more aggressive defense to pump up his stats.

He will make a lot of money in the NFL with a long career.

He's terrible and I hope he falls to at least the mid-second or mid-third so my Chiefs can get him. LOL. I'm hoping the RB from Notre Dame is our first pick, then AntHill with the second or third pick.
