Seen some people upset that the WR Coach won't be hired by Junior Day with the Jags still playing. I don't get that.

Seems like an easy sell. "Hey Mr. Top WR. Let's tour the facilities, visit with the head coach then go watch your next WR coach try to take his team to the AFC Championship game"

Does Jackson have college experience?  Isn't the WR coach typically a big gun recruiter?  Is Jackson a good recruiter?

IT stated that the staff was looking for someone who can develop and command the WR room. Supposedly recruiting was not a major attribute. I assume that Sark and Banks would get more involved if needed.
