Mike Roach said that watching Denton Ryan, with Jatavion Sanders and Billy Bowman, Hill still stood out as the best player on the field. Dude should be an immediate difference maker for us, especially as an early enrollee.Hill is really good. I have had the pleasure of watching him since peewee leagues. (He played with my grandson in the Irving river bottoms, and they played together at Denton Ryan).
They won state as sophomores and both started as sophomores.
Hill is dominant at times, and was double teamed almost every play.
He got hurt late in the season (deep thigh bruise) and Ryan was not the same without him, losing early in the playoffs.
Jatavion Sanders was on those teams too, and Hill was just as dominant as Sanders. Neither one of them ever got in any trouble and are good young men.
Gonna be a lot of fun watching him fellas.
My granddaughter is a senior at UT now and is on the business manager side of the National champion volleyball team. Got to travel with team all year and be a part of that experience.
Pretty cool huh ?
oh, almost forgot,

I've come to accept that kids don't announce for Texas right after a visit. This leads me to believe the staff doesn't push for them to make it public just to gain momentum and they let the kids do it on their own time. 21 Dec will be here soon enough.Big ole goose egg.

As of now, Scott looks like Auburn or Texas.Who will his sign with
Kinda crazy. Looking at his recruiting ranking, he wasn't even on the radar until this summer when he first got ranked. Went into the season around #300. He has done nothing but climb the rankings throughout the season and is now closer to #100.Per IT, unless something changes in the next 48 hours, Texas is not expected to have room for ATH Jelani McDonald of Waco Connally.

Somebody is going to get a hell of a player by default. Personally I would take him.Kinda crazy. Being told he doesn't have a spot at TCU and Texas at this point.
I don't know anything, but you have to wonder if there is some issue that's not obvious.Somebody is going to get a hell of a player by default. Personally I would take him.
Good point. The fact that both Texas and tcu are both passing on him could be for a reason. Maybe just a coincidence.I don't know anything, but you have to wonder if there is some issue that's not obvious.
Not only that, but based on his ranking you would expect offers from some more top programs.Good point. The fact that both Texas and tcu are both passing on him could be for a reason. Maybe just a coincidence.
For what it's worth, 247 believes he has a spot.Per IT, unless something changes in the next 48 hours, Texas is not expected to have room for ATH Jelani McDonald of Waco Connally.

So here's the question for me. How many are we taking? I know earlier in the year 30 was the max number. If that hasn't changed, there's a lot of spots ahead of him.For what it's worth, 247 believes he has a spot.
No idea how many Sark is taking. As now there is three spots open to reach 85So here's the question for me. How many are we taking? I know earlier in the year 30 was the max number. If that hasn't changed, there's a lot of spots ahead of him.
