Per IT, coaches Sark and Banks had an in-home visit with recent TE offer Ka'Morreun Pimpton of North Crowley on Thursday night.

They are pushing to get him to Austin next weekend with his teammate, LB S'Maje Burrell.

He'll decide between visits to Ohio State or Texas for December 17th, and he'll be at LSU this weekend.

Why are we courting another edge? We already have three committed.

1. 3 out of the 4 EDGE players that UT recruited in the 2021 class have already portaled out or are currently in the portal.

2. Of the 6 potential EDGE players that UT recruited in the 2022 class, only 3 of them can we confidently say will remain at the EDGE position. Derrick Brown was moved to off-the-ball LB in Fall Camp. Zac Swanson & Jeray Bledsoe seem destined for DT.

So I don't see a problem with UT grabbing potentially 4 EDGE players in the current 2023 class & grabbing another in the portal.

According to Horns247, DL commit Dylan Spencer is currently on a visit at UH:
