The staff isn't stupid.  If they were worried,  they wouldn't have invited him.  If they are at all worried,  then they will likely have some kind of strategy to deal with it.

No. We have enough staff to handle it. And the staff will have the commits acting like chaperones as well.
 

Some of the 24/25 class guys may not get as much 1 on 1 time with coaches as they want but a win a vibe check will make it worth the trip and tons of time left to close them.

I always laugh at this notion. What is Toviano going to say to another recruit that is going to make them say, damn you're right. Let me go there? I do agree that Toviano is not going to Texas, but just going to enjoy a good game.

The same stuff the LSU recruiting team has been telling him.

It happens. Its happened several times at UT.

You just don't want that kind of stuff when every minute with these recruits on campus is significant.

I get that it happens. My question is how effective is it when you've already heard all of it?  If anything it would make me happy not to be playing with a player that would do that.

I agree. Manning will be one as well as JCook2. With a raucous crowd and taking care of business on the field, that should be a great selling point for the '24 & '25 guys.

What if things go sideways? It will be easier for him to put an earworm in some recruits.

Albert Hardy. Remember him? During Charlie's time, I think. Charlie had a bunch of Florida and Texas recruits in for visits. Hardy came in from Georgia. In no time, Hardy had picked a fight with several team members and recruits. It became the focal point of the weekend, unfortunately.

No I don't, but I do remember the Florida five that amounted to nothing.
