Wild guess…. We use our “portal allotment” in other areas.  Not OL.  

I wouldn't mind bringing in some experienced linemen even if it's for depth purposes.  A young lineman could possibly stall in progressing or make too many mistakes.

I could see anyone of those entering the portal.  The 4 I see as most likely entering are Karic (just been passed over now), Davis, Alexis & Card.  Can probably add Merril and SGW (just don't see them getting any PT at all) as well.  All others are up in the air.

I guess that would depend on who enters the portal from the Texas side.  I think Karic goes into the portal and I could see a couple of others exploring other options where they could get PT.  Depth could be an issue if a handful portal.
