Man Ryan Day is taking a hit
I mean maybe I’m mistaken but don’t remember him contributing at the level we all hoped. Good luck to the kid and hope he can stay healthy.Surprising and disappointing. I wonder if we will find out what happened.
Seems like a good kid, and I wish him well. Unfortunately, his entire career has been one injury after another keeping him off the field. In this environment, every roster position is critical so there's no time to find out if he can stay healthy going forward.
I figured he wasn’t healthy or something with him or Arkansas would have been fighting to keep him. They kinda mutually agreed to part ways. Great player at one time and seems like a good kid but like TXFF said earlier we don’t have time to wait around and see if he can get healthy. He needs to just medically retire. He's damaged goods.
I saw film of him when he was healthy at Arkansas. He was an extremely good safety and was seemingly always around the ball and knocking the stuffing out of some unfortunate ball carrier. I know we were disappointed when he signed with Arkansas out of HS, and I was excited to see him portal in. Hope he can make it work going forward.I figured he wasn’t healthy or something with him or Arkansas would have been fighting to keep him. They kinda mutually agreed to part ways.
