Of all positions, I think QBs are the most reasonable transfers. There is only 1 starter and they play 100% of the meaningful snaps (save for injury).

It seems more odd to me that there are so many positions players transferring after 1 year in a program while playing a position where 5-6 players get meaningful snaps. I don't know enough about their particular situations but it seems like guys who could stick around and work their way up the depth chart.

I lot of these quick transfers are perhaps just impatient and unwilling to do the work to make their way up the depth chart. That's where Sark's player personnel team comes in...to figure out why they want to transfer. Lack of patience may not be a culture fit.

Most of the portal qb's are plug and play. It seems he would still be a "project" anywhere he went unless a lower teir school.

I agree with this, if QE leaves there is a battle for the position and we know every QB1 has gone down to injury this year, the ONLY way MM leaves is if someone has assured him a QB1 slot next year and there are too many QBs already in the portal looking for the same thing he is. I am sure he and his parents have had the heart to heart straight talk no BS talk with Sark....I think he stays

I am going to keep reminding everyone of this...MM could be on campus 2 years after Arch is gone. Arch could start in his 3rd year on campus and go pro. MM could be a candidate for 6 years on campus with an injury redshirt for last year and a typical redshirt one of the next 2 seasons.
