Apparently, UT feels extremely comfortable with where things stand with Broughton, Dorbah and Collins. Those three specifically were said to be so into Texas that it could happen at any time, or could play out a while longer. But things could not be better with those three.

Nothing eminent regarding the Fong thing unless Fong knows something my buddy does not.

Certainly a data point that doesn’t suck for Texas. I’m not under the impression that a decision is imminent for him, but this is recruiting and things could change in a hurry.

Texas should never lose anyone in a lateral move. Promotions to positions we do not have available is one thing and is understandable like OC or DC to Head Coach. But what’s the point in being the richest program in the country if we can’t beat out compensation packages of Oregon or any other school for that matter.

Yes.  Other than the Fong pick (like I said, it was put in before Texas offered), Perroni is the only aggy mod pumping the Collins to aggy narrative.

Also, @MBHORNSFAN favorite aggy mod Looch said today Broughton is a longshot to aggy and has always liked Texas.  He also basically told them don't get your hopes up on Collins.

I wasted 15 minutes of my life that I'll never get back reading the Longhorn Frenzy thread. Those aggs are all torn up that TH has jumped the gun on the major targets this year. Its all a conspiracy! lol
