Or it shows how out of touch OB and Suchomel are regarding Ringo's recruitment.  It is well known he signed with either Oregon or Georgia, but Suchomel tweets this troll job as though we had a chance.  I wish we did, but it isn't happening.

2. Hudson Card, Austin (Texas) Lake Travis – Texas

Really like Card a lot and he definitely looks like the most polished signal caller in the group. He’s very efficient and was especially effective near the goal line in red zone drills. Card is a high football IQ kid and already looks the part in how he manages the game and how quickly he processes it. The game slows down for him and his physical tools are also better then given credit for.

If we want in the Ennis Rakestraw sweepstakes, then we need to offer him pretty quick. Georgia, Baylor, Miami, and Michigan St. have all offered the Duncanville CB this week. I saw him in the state title game and he definitely looked the part.

We just have Crawford as the only CB in the class so far. I think we need another one.

He was amazing against LaVega. I wouldn't be surprised if Texas shifts into gear for his recruitment it would help. Plus they really need to pursue Landon Jackson in the worst way. Lol I know I'm way behind posting. But I was on vacation in Canada then returned to the U.S. to visit my dad. My apologies

Dixon is very much in play, but his secret is out. Several schools, including Baylor, are pushing for him now . . . at a time when we're down a few recruiters. Hopefully, Carrington is on this.

Landon Jackson likes us, but aggy is leading or has lead and LSU is now in the picture. The field is getting crowded. We need a push here.

Burris won't come to Texas. Doesn't like big city Austin. Wish he felt different. Great kid, great player.

The RB they have, Nick Martin I believe, is very talented and we should take a hard look at him.

Alfred Collins, DT, Bastrop (Texas) Cedar Creek

After weighing 247 in the spring, Collins weighed in at 284 and said he didn’t feel the weight gain at all but added it made him a meaner player. He measured 6-4 and 7/8 and had 35-inch arms and one of four with the biggest hands at 10 3/8 inches. Oklahoma and Texas are recruiting Collins the hardest with both schools plus Alabama leading for him at various times.

Just spoke to my buddy down in Austin. Things could not be better in the locker room right now. Winning helps, but kicking a team's ass all game long does wonders.

That was the good news. The really good news is that Alfred Collins is ours. Put him in the calculator. Have no idea when he intends to announce though.

They're trying to get Princely back in the class. Things recently took a turn for the better on this front (coaching change, scheme change).

Said he's not sure Rakestraw gets an offer. I was pretty surprised by this. He didn't elaborate on why.

Dixon is probably their most important target at this point, he said. Dixon can play almost anywhere on the field and staff likes that.
