2019 Recruiting Board/Thread

LB class of Floyd, Johnson, Henry and Tillman would be one of the best in the nation, as far as LB hauls go.

Didn’t know that he was a transplant. Good for him.
Not good for him. He had a chance to stay in the great state of Texas and play at the greatest University in America. In Austin Texas and hang around with Matthew McConaughey.

I know there is a aggie monitor patrolling this thread, but I'm going to take that chance. GW not wanting to go to UT and doing the horns down shows a lack of character. However, the good news is that there is no other school in the country to teach a young man about character. He will be able to learn from the master.

I haven’t followed the link but I hope the “character” he’s teaching is referring to drawing cartoons or the development of a dramatic role.

RIP #Brumors. Texas did all it could hear and then some. I don’t fault the staff one bit here and if they continue to recruit at that effort (and continue to win) they will win battles like these going forward.
You can’t fault the coaching staff.  They did a great job staying in it, but it was evident it would be USC when the uncertainty at USC began and nothing turned his recruiting towards Texas.  PeeWee Herman couldb’ve been Named OC and Bru would’ve still picked them.  He picked with his heart, and that’s completely fine.  He’s talented enough to get to the NFL if he played Anywhere, he’s just going to have some very rough seasons while he’s there.  He may feel like he wants to be part of their solution.  Most here don’t think Helton can do it, but obviously Bru  does

Will there be anything in the class about reporting abuse?

No, thats pretending you knew the situation every step of the way. Sorry, thats just not realistic. The non-aggy response was "we gave our best shot and lost at the end. Best to him."

There are a thousand things aggy does that is uniquely identifiable to them. This is just one of them.
I’m relatively new here and don’t like to be argumentative, but if you felt Bru to Texas would’ve happened in the last month you were dreaming.  After all the uncertainty at USC and he still picks them.  I haven’t read anything about him referencing Texas in quite sometime.  All we can do is wish him the best and be glad CJ9 decided to come back
