Sucks though cause apparently Bru don’t care who he’s coached byOh lord have mercy
The good thing is Texas has a chance to close out strong. And like what Daniel eluded to earlier. ..if they keep winning and keep producing improvements with 10 win seasons they can recruit at a high level. Honestly I think they already doing that .Sucks though cause apparently Bru don’t care who he’s coached by
2 good classes in a rowThe good thing is Texas has a chance to close out strong. And like what Daniel eluded to earlier. ..if they keep winning and keep producing improvements with 10 win seasons they can recruit at a high level. Honestly I think they already doing that .
Which it will put in huge good position for the 2020 class which is loaded with OL and DL talent..They gonna need to really stack down on each side. Including RB position. There was an article about the 2019 depth chart next year. It made a good point that next year Herman and Orlando will have the pieces they need to run their schemes effectively since stepping on campus.
Still need another RB in 2019.Which it will put in huge good position for the 2020 class which is loaded with OL and DL talent..They gonna need to really stack down on each side. Including RB position.
They need to.make a push for Glass,a juco rb, or that rb from Newton. Honestly, I think they have a better chance at the Newton rb than Glass. But they need to get after it. And I'm drooling over LaKia Henry. Whew lawd have mercyStill need another RB in 2019.
Big time talentI hope we do whatever it takes to take a full class in 2020, even it means only adding another piece or 2 to this class. We now have all the momentum going into the winter/spring and 2020 is deeper with more talent in-state.
This has happened before. Dirk Koetter was a bad coach at Arizona State and because he worked well with Jamis Winston the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hired him as HC. He just proved that he's a bad NFL coach and got fired.
I totally forgotten about that. I remembered it very wellThis has happened before. Dirk Koetter was a bad coach at Arizona State and because he worked well with Jamis Winston the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hired him as HC. He just proved that he's a bad NFL coach and got fired.
It turns out that Kingsbury signed with USC because he didn't want to be a NFL offensive coordinator. Even he didn't think the NFL would want him as a HC.
Kingsbury should thank Jeff Fischer. Fischer had Jared Goff as the number one pick in the draft and he was considered a bust. They hired McVay and now he's one of the top QB's in the NFL.
I can see why the Jets and Cardinals are interested. They have rookie QB's both of them could get worse or better depending on the coach working with them.
We will just have to agree to disagree. I didn’t see anyone on here put him down.So I guess the statements "It was USC along" as if he played us all and never intended to come to Texas. Questioning the kids his integrity when he said Texas was a contender for his LOI. Yea thats pretty fkn aggie considering WE all knew USC was his hometown favorite.
We knew this was going to be a tough pull anyways. Herman and company did all they could and if he chooses USC its his choice and his hometown.
But to say it was always going to be USC after getting giddy about Texas leaning rumor is pretty disingenuous.
So did I. And I am still married to her after 42 years.Yea congrats to Bru. Wish him the best. He picked with his heart though
Not one single person on here has sounded like aggy. Not one.So Bru McCoy didn’t sign with Texas. Big deal. Let’s move on........
some of y’all sound like agroids..
Chris Steele...Not one single person on here has sounded like aggy. Not one.
I agree with DMAC, it is disingenuous but if you look at it a different way – its the sound of a fan ticked off that Bru didn't come and seems to have had the revelation that Bru never was going to come. So its knee-jerk reaction from some fans.So I guess the statements "It was USC along" as if he played us all and never intended to come to Texas.
