No, you have to include 4th and 6th, too. It could be any of the three.So 5th, because it is between 4th and 6th?

Even that post (tweet) is just speculation. There are just as many "insiders" saying Helton is gone as there are that Helton stays.
And that is the picture of instability.
One thing I learned today . . . USC's pockets aren't so deep right now. They have a recruiting support staff of just four people (1 of which is their graphic artist). One of the four just resigned and left, leaving the three. There is no intention of replacing the departed staff member.
As far as whether Helton staying helps us with Bru – IDK. Bru has a relationship with Helton but at the same time likely sees the disarray and failures.
Helton leaving might give renewed promise to the situation, so I tend to think Helton staying is a death wish by USC. Helton is a good coach, but IMO, he's a coordinator, not a head guy. USC has always been about glamour and fame. Helton is neither.

It’s also before the ND game. If they lose by 30+ to a rival, that might change a few things.

I expect them to get shut out and lose by 40.
Trojan nation seems to be turning on JT Daniels, too. Scanning their boards, they're worried about the backup guy transferring and they think he's better than Daniels. They also don't like that Daniels throws a lot to the St. Brown guy, his HS team mate.
I think the Daniels criticism is a bit unwarranted. He's struggled but so did Sam in his first year. He'll be a very good QB at some point.

It’s hard as hell to be successful as a college freshman QB.
daniels will be great if his OL can provide him some protection.
back to the first point, I’m glad as hell it doesn’t look like we will HAVE to play a freshman for the foreseeable future.

I remember reading that Bru would defiantly NOT go to USC if Helton was fired. Take that for what it’s worth.... probably not much....

TFB said they were trying to confirm that Jase McClellan was on campus last weekend with teammate Jojo Earle. Any reason to believe he has interest in us? I know we're all focused on Zach Evans but McClellan would be a heck of a plan B.

2 years, body needs to grow , 265#s now so he needs 30+#s, to me that’s 2 year job done right. also, needs a lot of technique work. Great natural tools, moves so well and he needs to keep that.

Jase is friends with our own Johnathan Gray. Both are from Aledo. Gray returned to see Jase play when he was a freshman and said then that Jase would exceed his own legacy there.
In the meantime, this just came out so I'll just leave it here.
