This says Texas is moving on from Banks IMO

Both look like similar players.  Banks may be a bit better in coverage ( right now ).  Caldwell is a little thicker and more physical.

I think he liked Ohio State early on. I imagine his thinking is that with Devyn Ford committing to Penn State and their track record at IMG, they would make him a priority now.  I still think Texas leads, but Ohio State is always a threat.
