I don't buy any of that silent stuff for a kid who's committed elsewhere. Staying at a place while silent to another place helps nobody. Unless it as something to do with the roll out and mo. But that doesn't work for us. We need mo right now.

A bit off topic but didn’t know where else to post. 

Just curious on everyone’s Texas recruiting paysite rankings. I will always love Hornsports since it’s free! The recruiting info from every site ends up here. But I’ve been on a few at different points and here is my list based on value and accuracy. 

1. The Football Brainiacs - some content is free and I’ve found they are usually accurate. Another big plus is they don’t post stuff just to post. Content is very good. And growing.  

2. Horns 247 - Tons of info. Tons. Almost too much. I think EJ will post stuff just to say he posted something. But very cheap. Always doing buy 1 get 5 months free. 

3. InsideTexas - More expensive than the above. But usually accurate. Like the recruiting team but not a fan of the rest of the coverage of team stuff. 

4. Scout used to go here but they merged with 247. They hired Chip Brown so ew. Part of why 247 is not #1. 

5. Orangebloods - expensive and the recruiting content always seemed a day late. Plus the board is miserable. 

Just my opinion. I haven’t been on some of these in several years so I would love to hear about changes and improvements and where I’m right/wrong.

Smith became an even bigger priority when Wilson committed to OSU. USC for be a formidable opponent, but he likes Texas a good bit. Wouldn’t be surprised if he was in town for the game when the Trojans come marching in.

Justin Wells of IT said he will take his OV to USC 5/18-5/20 and his OV to Texas 6/1-6/3. Will also take an UOV for the USC/Texas game in Austin this year.
