One of our silents is about to visit the enemy. I hope it hails while he's there.

It will be a key visit because if anyone was going to deter him from UT, it would be these guys (OU).

Nevertheless, the guy I speak to feels ultra confident and says things couldn't be better from our perspective.

Silent commits are useless and treated as such by coaches. 

Well, yes and no. They're useless to you and me in general. But they do provide a clear indication of where a recruitment is.

I'd 100 times more want a silent commit than one that chose not to.

When you get right down to it, a commit in itself is worthless in regards to whether a kid comes to your school or not. LSU Holla!

They are offering Brown to get Green and then maybe Shepherd? 

Doesnt seem like a great move but that probably means Texas is kicking ass with Green and Shepherd(at least for now). 

How close of friends could Brown and Green be after only 1 year together?
