2019 Recruiting Board/Thread

DB recruiting is going to be interesting to see how it plays out.  I'd love to be a fly on the wall to see the staffs DB board and how they have them ranked.

It is. Aggy has had decommits since then and we've had a couple commits, one a 5-star. So there's no reason to envy aggy. Fisher simply gave up on 2017 at the end and got an early start on 2018. It paid off, for a couple weeks, lol.
But, but, that article said Texas and everyone else's commits will take visits and all of the aggy commits are 100% locked in.

It's a longshot, but at least he visited.  Maybe they can get him to come back for an official visit.  Hard to pull kids from Hawaii away from California schools.

Agreed. All you can do is hope to get an OV and give him your best shot.

"Solid" and "memorable" don't mean commit but they mean respect and that will turn into commits real quick if we win 10 plus.

I took that a little differently than others, I guess. I'm a dad and based on what I would have said, I don't think you could have a posting from a dad that was more pro-Texas than that one.

Geography might end up being a player, but common sense tells me that the jump across the pond is long anyway because he's not going to U of Hawaii. So why not Texas?

IMO, we're sitting pretty. He's got more visits to take and every one of them will be measured against Texas. I suspect the details Herm paid attention to will pay off by the time he ends his visits.
