10 DBSreturning plus 4 commits total of 14. Texas plays 5 DBS not even three deep. 8 LBS returning plus three commits

three deep plus two. Remember I said bodies not talent. As for OL 11 returning tw0 commits for 13 not three deep need 17 OL IMO.
I hear you on the numbers, but UT did well with 13 DBs on the roster this year.  I could see them increasing slightly, and I think they will be at 14 for next year (only losing Locke, Boyd and Davis).  However, on the LB crew I only count 6 returning (McCulloch, Townsend, Adeoye, Hobbs, Ossai, and Overshown).  I'm not sure you can count on Townsend being in the rotation and Roach will be back down on the line (probably taking over Charles spot). That's only 2 guys with real game time experience at LB.  I think it's extremely important they get Caleb Johnson.  This defense relies on its LB.  Just my opinion.

USC is essentially turning over the entire coaching staff except for the head man. Going to be all new faces on the offensive side of the ball with Martin now out. Bryan Ellis (QBs) heading to WKU to be OC. Fired the OL coach in Callaway during the season. I don’t understand the logic behind this for SC.

Yeah, they lost a WR commit a few days ago. He might flip, anything's possible. But IMO OU is making their push a little late in the game for a kid in their own back yard.
I agree I read they haven’t even offered him yet things like usually don’t work out in ya favor

You can say that about every decision that the USC brain trust has made since they've fired Pete Carroll.

Bru is now OVing to USC the weekend before NSD1.  Don't like how this one is heading.  Herman needs to do his in-home right after it.

Bru is moving his OV back another week to USC.... He is looking for reasons to stay home.... I am just going to consider him USC at this point and if something else happens great.

They fired Pendergast. That would have been the one move I would not have made.

Obviously Bru is choosing the school and not the coaching staff..... If he does choose USC...

Not much to see right now. If Cain decides to not attend Texas, he’s certainly someone to keep an eye on.
I was told today that if UT has its way, we'll take 3 RBs in this class. So the noise about Stevenson is legit and he's now going to visit.

I was told that we'd take Cain, Stevenson and our own Darrian Brown in this class. As is, we have a good chance of being left with one RB next year and we need options.

Well, he is. Thats the plan I heard today. Its an in-home and I think I heard that TH was going in.

I'm not going to panic. Best to let this happen and then just say "you want to jump into the middle of a rebuild that will probably have to start over again next year?"

Retaining Helton, IMO, was not a good move. That cloud is still hanging over his head. Nothing's really changed except that it won't happen this year.
