He can't say since that would be admitting that he had prior warning and then let it happen and didn't do anything. Think about it like this: if Daniel stays quiet he clearly missed the boobie post and so can only warn SHL after the fact to never do it again or he will be banned. And I'm sure SHL would feel just terrible about it and comply (for now). So Daniel, a non-response is in order.
