I'm not so sure anything is happening with Sheffield. Think A&M folks are just freaking out because he didn't sign last week. As long as he doesn't drag it too close to the start of the semester I wouldn't panic.

I really love the Crawford offer. Kid has DBU written all over him with the serious potential to be a ball hawk. It helps that he clearly loves Texas. Motivation to play for your favorite team will do wonders.

Could this week be the opposite of last week? Last week was a disappointing week for the Longhorns. Little to Stanford, Mr. Soprano Auburn, McGuire to Baylor, probably another thing I blocked out in memory. This week started out with a bang, Orlando coming to Texas (I'm counting Saturday for this week), Lietao decommits from Nebraska (possible flip to Texas), and Carter decommits from Georgia (possible flip to Texas). Also, reading that Chaisson is recruiting for the good guys behind the scenes. I sat on Santa's lap on sunday (god I hope that was Santa) and asked him for some mojo flowing the Longhorns way. I did my part, now I'm going to go take a shower in case it wasn't Santa.
