I will be honest and say that I expect Herman to at least get us a top 15 recruiting class. He was brought in early enough and he should be able to get many of these young men to buy in to the excitement with the talent we have returning and what he is going to do for this program.  I was told he was lights out as a recruiter and so my expectations are high even if he has only been on the job less than two weeks.
