I don't have a link, but I read somewhere that Texas is hosting Chuck Filaga of Aledo this weekend. Mods, and confirmation of this? It would be nice to get him and Walker Little for the OL this cycle (they would be set on that side of the line).

I probably missed it earlier in this thread about the kid from Denton that Texas offered this week but there is a good article about him over on BON.

They're actually comparing him to Conner Williams as all of his measurables are right there with Conner. Watch the HUDL film on this kid and it reminds you of the movie Blind Side. He drives his guy 10-15 yards downfield numerous times and puts him on the ground. Looks to have a little mean streak in him.

OB says (the great) Michael Huff was with Herman, et al., at the Lake Travis/Westlake game.

They say he will be a defensive QC.  He will be able to do off-campus evals.
