South Dakota State, actually, which makes it even worse. At least NDSU has won the FCS the past 5 years in a row.

For reference, SDSU beat Kansas last year 41-38.

I saw South Dakota State U play Western Illinois last year in Macomb,Il and they were not good. Western Illinois wasn't very good and they beat South Dakota. TCU has a lot of problems...definitely not the #13 team in the country
