It is obviously what happen here. These Texas Kids made a pact, an agreement that all would attend u.t. If they all honor the pact. Then everyone in the past gets additional bonus money.

It is a clear as crystal what has happened here. It has to be about money. A herd of 4 star players are not going to flock to a 5-7 team playing in the worse conference in the country. A conference that has lowest percentage among all major conferences of having football players drafted by the Pros.
