We had Soso Jamabo in the bag last year until a "Handler" from UCLA came along

True -- and this is a bit beside the point -- but we ended up with the right stud in getting Warren last year (no way we'd get both him and Jamabo). He and Soso had similar stats last year, but Warren gained more yards and averaged 1/2 yd per carry better than Soso. I had to give this shout-out to 25; couldn't be more impressed with him, on or off the field, from what I've seen so far. Who knows, maybe guys (or their parents) who bring in "handlers" are more likely to be narcissistic and less mature about what's important. Soso has shown signs at times. Hopefully DJax won't. Hook 'em.

Here is what Bud Elliot wrote today about Charlie --

"If things don't turn around on offense in a hurry, the next coach is going to inherit the best group of defensive talent in the Big XII."

And I dont really get that remark anyway.  Does living in the Southeast long enough make you jaded to street agents?

Do all kids in the SEC have them?
