I mean a lot of times with recruiting you get conflicting reports, and if someone's report differs with what I am being told then I take it with a grain of salt, he could be right, I could be right. My guy hasn't given me any reason to be skeptical because he's been right nearly every time, I texted him and he said "The only reason porter doesn't come is if we pull" I'm trying not to get on his nerves so I try to space out when I call him but if he says Porter is in then I believe porter is in , I respect everyone's opinion but I'm gonna stick with my guy ya digg?

I can dig it. I'm not as loyal to what I get told, no matter which one it is. The Saban ordeal, despite vindication of the events, taught me a few things. Namely, situations can and do change from the time you're told and a short time later.

I have no reason to think my guy is wrong and hear a lot of chatter saying the same thing.

So all I can say is it will be interesting to see how it plays out. Despite having some insight, we still don't know much because our names are not Charlie Strong.

IMO, the more information we can pile onto the table, the better. These are exciting times . . .

D’Andre Christmas-Giles: St. Augustine (LA)  DT D’Andre Christmas-Giles is one of Texas top targets, at a position of need as well. Christmas-Giles also took an official visit to Texas A&M over the weekend and though it looks like he had a very good visit, on Sunday morning I received a message regarding Christmas-Giles and let’s just says I STILL feel good about Texas’ chances with him.

DCG told one of our affiliates in New Orleans not long ago that Texas, LSU and Tulane were his top 3 schools despite releasing a top 10.  We are under the impression that LSU is no longer an option given the committ – (Andrew)

I mentioned in one of those threads that former Texas DT commit Bryce English has transferred from K-State to North Texas as of last week.
