There is some wisdom to what Higs is saying. The 12 days. Timing is a big deal in recruiting. Momentum peaks and dips. We're at our peak right now. Staff needs to sustain it over 12 days.

 
I am hoping to sustain the momentum he has orchistratred some public annoucments for some commitments from now till NSD.

One dude made his way to a a RT from a national Twitter account with a tweet to Chris Daniels. Shark and DCG's timelines have been trashed by longhorn fans after some of their tweets about their OVs.

Only thing that will save class programs like the Longhorns is for the recruits to realize the range of stupidity and ego-pride-vanity and zero Net-Etiquette that infects social media. In politics it's even worse. The bugs come crawling out with roach minds. Here is vain glory runamuck. Maybe the staffs of programs now warn the recruits in advance, "there's gonna be nutcase zealot little child minds with 3rd grade school yard heroics trying to impress themselves and the girls on the playground that they're reaching puberty soon" so just disregard.
