IT, or someone, reported that an Elliot visit on the 29th was a possibility - so maybe that is who he is talking about.  If the D-Jax/McCulloch/C Brown package is real - I could see Elliot wanting to get back in.

That would make sense with Wickline gone. No telling what Wickline called him.

again, we had the same type of positive messages flying around last year.  so, although it's good to see, when ink meets paper and flies through the internet to the 40, i'll reserve my excitement.  17/18 yr old minds can change on a dime.

Huge difference between the last class and the current....There are not any personalities like Mack, Murray or Soso visiting late and causing sensation.

– Jordan Elliot: Not long ago when I spoke with Michigan defensive line commit, Jordan Elliot (Houston, TX) he was emphatic about how solid he is to Michigan; so much so that he said he wouldn’t accept any home visits from other schools (Texas included). I chatted a bit with him last night and he let me know that things have changed. He said Texas will do an in-home visit with him next week and he is apparently just fine with that.

I’d definitely keep your eye on Elliot. I think the door for Texas might be reopening. – (Super K)

UPDATED (11:46 am)Interesting note, I have been told that Jordan Elliot is in fact planning on visiting Texas this weekend. If he does indeed make it to Austin, we will try to re-confirm once he’s there.

The only thing that would make this better is if they can convince D-Jax to cancel his Alabama trip and make an OV to Texas instead.  Chris Brown, Elliot, and possibly Jackson all visiting this weekend would be incredible.

I don't think all this stuff is a coincidence at all. 

Djax starts trending Texas way again (even according to FSU mods)

McCulloch cancels Alabama visit (was only going to Alabama IMO to be with his buddy DJax)

Chris Brown keeps trending Texas (see the CBs on 247)

Elliott starts to show interest in Texas again. 

If DJax doesn't show up to Bama this weekend, I believe all this is related.

I don't know about the good part, but his visiting in the middle of the week shows that we have a chance.
