I think you misunderstand. I could only confirm those on your list. I knew nothing about Djax at that time.

Today, that changed.

My apologies if I offended you. Certainly wasn't my intent.

I'm not trying to "break" anything. Just relaying what I've been told.

Maybe this is just not what I should be doing. I don't mind pissing off Mike, kinda feels good to be honest. But you're a friend and I don't like being at odds with friends.

There is no shame in being 30 hours behind this thread.

Lots of people are

I think we should go the HS route for the RB coach job , we have dfw and east Texas locked down, we need to get someone from the Houston area

Or, people who are so predictable that posting something is simply like pulling their string.
I agree people are predictable. SEC gets stud recruit SEC is paying $$$. This is so 2000's aggy circa. When we were kicking their ass in recruiting we were paying. Now Texas is getting their ass kicked in recruiting and sec is paying..

You're completely right, Mike. There is absolutely no funny business going on in the SEC.

Winning matters. Why did Bama not dominate back then?  I guess Bama was not paying enough back then.

2001- 7-5

2002- 10-3

2003- 4-9

2004- 6-6

rivals class rankings for the following year:

2002- #30

2003- #49

2004- #24

2005- #18

Man I am living rent free in your head. Honestly you don't piss me off at all. Unlike you I don't take this message board stuff too serious.

DJax is already on 4 OVs

He did UCLA and FSU in Oct, Mich in Nov, and Gator last weekend.

Bama this weekend was his scheduled OV #5

So this weekend will show his cards

Higs remains insistent that he must to OV to Austin

ps -- Bama also is supposed to land two 5-stars -- Mack Wilson/Ben Davis -- so they hopefully will be running into limits themselves (although I think they avg around 93 per year)

Of course schools are cheating but that seems to be the go to card every time we lose a recruit. I just think it is wrong to call a kid a cheater when there is no evidence. Also do you not think UT is doing the same?

Good grief -- this is an article from today

It's tough to speculate when it comes to Kam, but it looks like, from this piece at least, he really was contemplating a flip

Memorial's Martin could be wavering on Baylor commitment
By David Thompson Updated 1:25 pm, Monday, January 18, 2016

Port Arthur Memorial's Kameron Martin has seemed like a rock solid Baylor commit since verbally pledging to the program in 2014.

But with National Signing day just a few weeks away, Martin may be wavering on Waco.

"I'm not saying I'm going to Texas," Martin said. "But things are opening up....."

 **********

And as far as the tattoo goes:

"They (Texas) don't care about the tattoo," Martin said.

Martin took an official visit to Baylor Friday and has a scheduled in-home visit with Texas Thursday.

"I'm still committed to Baylor," said Martin, who stated he's received interest from LSU and Miami. "But Texas is in the mix."
