You are totally missing the point. It's up to Charlie to convince recruits that he is at Texas long-term. His record so far doesn't prove that. Maybe they just don't want to play for someone who hasn't proven himself long-term yet. I don't know the answer but it's up to Charlie to convince them. Not you or me.
