Gilbert must feel comfortable with the QBs we have.

I fear we are back to making the same mistakes of the last couple of years.  Gilberts system requires a QB that can process reads very fast.  

Both Heard and Swoopes have shown reluctance to throw the ball so I am surprised we didnt offer Riley.

Listening to TBL this morning. Chip said that after watching film, Gilbert really liked Heard and said he can coach him up.
