Shane is prepared to come in year one and call his own plays, his master plan is coming to fruition.

This is a gamble if you are are a recruit.

If you come this year, you are basically coming knowing that after your redshirt year you will most likely have a new and better coaching staff. But how do you know that the regents of assholes will be able to replace the previous coaching staff with a better one. We don't exactly have a great track record as of late.
