2015 Recruiting Thread

I do. I think he already has. Charlie is set to talk to dad tomorrow as he wasn't able to be there today. We're right there guys. The only thing against us here is Monday and Tuesday. lol

That's according to my guy who I just talked to. Apologies if any of that has already been posted.

I asked him about Jones. We're the favorite but Baylor is pushing hard.

I asked him about DTs, specifically about the number of them. What if they ALL want to come (which is entirely possible) from the group we've been pursuing. He said we would take them. Just like that. From depleted to excessive. lol Staff is stoked about them all, but C-G in particular.

He said there's a big name thats apparently communicating directly with Charlie. He does not know who it is. That means I don't either. Could be something. Could be nothing.

I asked him about anyone possibly going public on Monday or Tuesday. Says its possible, thinks a couple of them are about to blow a gasket trying to keep it quiet.

Seems logical to me, Fowler flips and LSU goes after Martin.  Fowler was whipping Greg Little in a camp repeatedly and made him look silly.  He is a stud and has the potential to be a Derrick Johnson reincarnated.

IMO Fowler, Giles, Jones, Shark are remaining on my wishlist.  Strong is the man with crootin.  Now if Gilbert can remake this offense we should be competing for the playoffs within 2 years.

Strong's recruiting style requires Tums, atleast for me since I am accustomed to the early style of Mack.  Its exciting and nerve wrecking for sure.  I give the man his due.

That is always the sign to look for in terms of being able to read the tea leaves.

No matter what the pay services are saying, or the players are saying, or twitter is saying.

Look for this -- Is one of the competing teams beginning to move on to another prospect?

This is the tangible proof we want to see.  It's the way to see through all the bullcrap.

Is Sci Martin that clear sign?

Dont forget Alabama was also moving on Sci Martin lately.

And we had had some contact too (he is teammates with Taylor)

Would love to get Hudson and Fowler.  Going into this weekend if you told me we would get 1 of the 2, I would take it.  Looks like Fowler is showing all the signs of coming over to the good guys.  Hudson would be the frosting on top.
