Longhorns committ Denzel Okafor is in second place at the moment behind potential Longhorns commit Lil Jordan Humphrey, who leads Okafor by roughly 1K votes.

Defensively, Longhorns commit Andrew Fitzgerald is on the list, but isn't receiving much support.

Yep.  I know he was recruited as a LB, but everyone assumed the staff would just stick him at FB to 'find a place for him'.  He was a ridiculously effective offensive player at Gilmer - and it wouldn't surprise me if Giblet finds a way to maximize this kids talent.

I think you mean JP Urquidezis the 'blast from the past'.

As for why they may now be interested - maybe the new coaches, or maybe the old coach OL was the one who wasn't interested.
