Obi does play basketball as well. When they played Coppell earlier in the year, he played. Their head bb coach is a Denison alum, who graduated a couple years ahead of me, and a friend. I actually meant to ask Obi's whereabouts but it slipped my mind...
He committed to Stanford

How did LJH play?

Is he a starter? What is his role on the basketball team? I'm guessing power forward
He comes of the bench. Small forward from the looks of it. Has a quirky jump shot but it works. He was definitely the most athletic kid on the floor. But nowhere near the best player. He played well tho

NCAA isn't going to do anything.  They'll drag it out so long that by the time they hand out anything everyone will have forgotten why.  I just hope that the perception of a punishment headed their way helps us land Anderson.
This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have read someone post they wont do anything. Probably right.  But Ole Mi$$ isnt the only ones.  I remember we had this same conversation about ags last year.  I just dont get it.  Why is the NCAA looking the other way?  FSU with Winston, LSU Shack interview, handlers, etc.  My father in law was a booster at Bama and he said paying athletes was normal.  Im pretty sure Tim Irvin was the same at Auburn.  Hell the joke around Allen is ags couldnt pay Little enough so he switched to Ole Miss.

Other than FSU it seems to be cover up protection of the $EC by the NCAA.  Charlie doesnt strike me as the coach that does that shit.  But pretty much all greasy $EC schools do.

Speaking of Auburn, did TRob go over to South Carolina?_

The NCAA doesn't wanna kill the golden goose.

It hurts revenues if you put these big time programs on probation with bowl or TV sanctions. Just a fact. The NCAA is to enforcing their archaic rules what the Keystone Cops are to law enforcement.

So why do we have the NCAA then?  So they can declare Devo isnt eligble?  What a joke.

Why do we need many of the government bureaucracies? It is a joke

In the past, before deregulation, the NCAA negotiated our TV rights with the three major networks at the time. I have no idea what they're good for now. The tail is wagging the dog. Maybe they help market D2 and D3 playoffs, IDK.

Lastly, look up what NCAA chief, Mark Emmert, did before becoming thier President. Who do you think hires these clowns?

The Barney Frank Rules, in response to the 2008 financial crisis, helped put millions out of work.  Community banks were everywhere prior to the over regulation of government now they are all but extinct simply because it costs banks too much just for regulation adherence.

Weekends with Charlie

Fowler,

then Elliott

Then

DJax and mom on Sunday
So mom is the handler (im kidding). That is more like it. Mom is business major, Texas has one of the best (if not the best) business schools in the nation, Diax wants to major in business, moms love Charlie, Chris Brown is a big Texas lean, and Djax and Brown are spending all weekend with current players. Add that all up and I feel very confident Djax will be a Horn.
