2015 Recruiting Season is in full swing

This Locksley recruitment is starting to sound very promising. Apparently his dad and him have somewhat agreed that it's best they aren't together at Maryland. So that leaves Florida State. Here's the thing Florida State already has one QB in the class and they only want to take two. They are apparently going to take the first commitment from either Locksley or Francois. Francois is set to commit at the end of the month and Locksley at the end of August. It's looking like Framcois is going to commit to Florida State, so that leaves Texas for Locksley. There's also good connections here with Locksley. Locksley and Gentry are good friends so there wouldn't be any problems. Locksley's dad is good friends with Strong. Finally, Locksley and Strong's daughter are supposedly close. I think we might actually get this one.

Cool, but is Locksley willing & able to switch positions if Gentry beats him out?

I think that's probably been discussed both ways. Gentry could be a TE and frankly Locksley can play a bunch of positions. Based on interviews it sounds like the two don't mind playing together. Matter of fact, it kind of sounds like they want to play together. Sounds good to me.

247 -- Gilmer (Texas) High School cornerback Kris Boyd saw his stock soar at The Opening due to his speed and length at the cornerback position.

He’s up from No. 154 to No. 64 nationally.

out today -- Latest 247 2015 Rankings http://247sports.com/Season/2015-Football/RecruitRankings?InstitutionGroup=HighSchool (Malik J is No. 9)

I saw that on twitter. .. he basically called out 247 aggie... it was pure gold

Boyd seems pissed on Twitter. Perroni is the only guy at Gigem247 that's worth a damn. Hamm and Tarp are fanboys. I've seen both of those guys at high school games and to call them recruiting analysts is laughable.

The first two crystal balls for Locksley came in today for Texas on 247. What looked like a long shot now looks like a real possibility.

Jeff Ermann of Inside Maryland Sports, "Starting to look like Texas and not FSU, as originally thought, is Maryland's top comp for Kai Locksley. Dad and Charlie Strong are tight."

Don't know where to post this but someone posted this on 247. Not sure if this is true but this guy doesn't seem like a troll or someone that's lying based on his past post history.

"My Aunt (Gray's Mother) Just Told Me that RB Johnathan Gray (achilles), Put in Work to Earn his way back thru spring/summer,to be back for the start of the season can't wait to wear his jersey on the field an says he willbe fully cleared starting next week."
