From what I've read, I highly doubt Soso waits until NSD.

I think Strong has made such an impression on this class that it will feed directly into next year. Meanwhile Sumlin & Stoops will be playing catch up all year.

If this falls the way it looks, Strong will have Texas back to cherry picking talent, but on a NATIONAL level, including JUCO.

Those were always the biggest knocks on Mack when it came to recruiting. He got so content with his in state connections that he got lazy. I do not EVER see that being a problem with Coach Strong.

Boy, is there going to be a lot of speculation going on until Feb. 4. LOL My suspicion is that the guys who need to know what is going to happen will know in time. We may see some kids left out if they play it too coy. There are more kids out there than slots for them.

Not sure this how you want to sell your program. I see that as a huge reach. To sell your program at the conference level, is basically admitting you, yourself as a head coach, nor your program speaks for itself.

That rumor was dumb to be honest. 

1-Strong encourages visits. 

2-Strong wouldn't allow Lampkin to visit our rival and then disallow him to visit UCLA. That makes zero sense. 

3-If Norvell told Strong about that flip scenario Strong wouldn't have brought him in on a visit. Strong doesn't mess around with crap like that.
