Kevin Hogan is a good name, but he doesn't fit into a few of the categories laid out for the mystery QB. His offer list coming out of high school isn't what I would consider exceptional, and he has no Watson connection that I can find. Plus that is not a name that I woulld consider as a game changer for the quarterback spot this season.
