2015 Recruiting Season is in full swing

There are 14 players left on our target board, not counting the remainder of the Florida Five. We're going to chase around 14+ threads?

Where does that fit with the current count of 20+ non-recruiting related threads?

Next year will be better when those numbers rise to 50-100 different recruits that are being speculated on for the 2016 season.

What about surprise or silent recruits? Seems stupid to start a thread for every silent commitment that comes up. I do understand that you are trying to drive traffic to multiple pages which helps your internet and Google rating but come on...

Btw we might be getting a commitment from someone we didn't expect in the next 48 hours.

Maybe the staff should setup a survey on some ideas they have and see how we all feel about the proposed changes. They should give their reasoning as well in the survey. Doesn't take long to setup a decent survey at Survey Monkey or the like.

LSU commit Dylan Moses has named Texas among his top 5 today. FYI.

Don't think we're a serious player but good to be mentioned like that.

With this incoming class, looks like Defense > Offense?  Brossette committing would be huge!  He's comparable to Fournette?

Carolina CB Mark Fields say he will not visit Texas but will keep Texas in his top 5. Says his relationship with strong/rumph is strong enough. He will take two visits in January.

I could be wrong but without an OV, not sure this is happening.

No, he's really not. Entirely different back. Fournette has significant speed and good size, a slashing type of runner. Brossette is more of a workman like back, less flashy, but very productive. He will end up starting for someone at the next level.

I like Warren, better and certainly like Soso Jamambo better.

In all honesty though, I can only imagine one of those three being here with the numbers are tight as they are.

SHA, can you rank your top 5 RB targets for me?

I don't think we have 5 RB targets. We have the three I mentioned.

Long term

1. Soso Jamambo

2. Chris Warren

3. Nick Brossette

Short term

1. Chris Warren

2. Soso Jamambo

3. Nick Brossette

I distinguish because Warren is likely more ready for action immediately, but I think Soso has the higher long term upside.

Okay, now can you compare the 3 to past college football running backs, so I have an idea what type of backs/athletes they are.  :D   Thanks!
