No, bad swings are causing the pop ups.

The P is throwing a lot of off-speed stuff, and the hitters are way out in front of it, essentially trying to adjust their bat speed mid swing.

Wrong. It is self determination. You don't like it, kick him off the team and deal with the legal ramifications. Covid almost killed me but I will never force another person to take the vaccine.
