Time to salvage a game tomorrow with Thornhill on the mound.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is baseball.  We saw a P last night that Moreland has tagged one of the top 5 college pitching performances he's ever seen, and tonight, the TCU reliever was hitting 99 on the guns. 

Balls didn't fall our way tonight.  Johnson makes that 3rd out on the triple 9/10 times.  Just lost it in the shadows of dusk. 

CJ has an RBI liner taken away from him on a great defensive play by a diving second baseman. 

Got to bounce back tomorrow and take away a W in this series. 

We will be fine in the long run, but tonight's loss definitely stings.

Win tomorrow and we are still set up to win the Big 12. We get Oklahoma State next weekend at home, who struggles on the road. Then we have Kansas State and WV on the road, but they aren't very good teams this year. Win tomorrow and I still like our chances to take the Big 12.

Big game for the softball team tomorrow too. If they win the rubber game of the OU series, Texas also has a good shot to win the Big 12 in softball.
