Losing Jayden Jackson to 0u makes D'Antre Robinson a must get. He should figure prominently in the future nose guard rotation.
You've got that wrong. Texas tapped the brakes with Jackson because they felt strongly they had landed Robinson.

If you could get only one player to add to24 class, who and why.

Mine wouldbeJustin Williams LB. Most needed position on team.

Still lacking dates for guys like Simmons, Kobe Black, McKinley and Ward but Gerry keeps mentioning probably before senior season for them.

One thing to watch is these guys squeezing in multiple trips the last weekend of July and they may not be to Texas. The positive spin is that a guys like Simmons seeing A&M and LSU the last weekend of July likely means he is trying to wrap up all his visits so that he can feel comfortable about making his final decision.

 That's exactly what his doing

Not bad. Wish Baker were a higher percentage.

I like the very specific percentages, lol. Like can someone tell me exactly what the difference is between D'antre Robinson's 1.6% chance to Florida and Corian Gipson's 1.5% chance to Clemson is?

I'm sorry but there's no formula that can measure recruiting that precisely. It's almost laughable.

Here is a little info on how the algorithm creates the percentages. Just trying to simplify Recruits interests. Obviously far from perfect but has it's uses.

Eight DEs returning including John Boy.

Five returning at LB  Both two man positions Whitch needs a body the most?

I see 8 LBs on the roster. LBs are young, but talented. Can always use more talent at all positions. Edge needs a difference maker.
Are you counting the three seniors? We are talking about 24 season.

OL, WR are about as talented as you can get.

There is no use in quantifying the difference between 1.5% and 1.6%.  The algorhithm that's spitting that out is just someone trying to make something seem exact that is just a wild ass guess.  Jim Carrey was more precise and useful when he said: "so your telling me there's a chance."  At least we got a laugh out of it and understood exactly what he meant.  Because we understood what she meant.
