There's certainly a good chance of that if Cam had stayed. I can see the B12 part but I don't think it's a given on being in a playoff position.
Still not sure why Cam left as his playing time at Utah didn't overlap with Sam's.
Maybe someone else remembers more.
He was at Texas for 2018. Transferred to Utah in 2019 and didn’t play. Hurt his shoulder in 2020 or would have played a bit more. He didn’t win the starting job to start 2020 but replaced him then got hurt.

Good class of incoming LBs. Especially if we get Hill. I'm sure they will also be looking for veteran help via the portal.

His participation was very limited the last two seasons. I'm willing to bet this had something to do with the exit interviews.

Yea, looks like he had to sit out the 2019 season due to transfer? He got hurt in the first game of the year in 2020 and was out for the year. Then in 2021, Charlie Brewer started the first 2 games before Rising took over.

We now most likely get Washington in the Alamo bowl. Unless they choose Okie Lite which then puts us in the cheez-it bowl most likely against UNC.
Weird that J. Jackson didn't think he would get a fair shot at QB at Texas, but changed to RB for Utah. Can only wonder the last few years would had been like with Cam Rising and J. Jackson here instead of Card and Thompson. This site would have been better without the useless aggy Johnny here that is certain. At least I have hum blocked liked others, and can only hope others would stop replying to it's stupid ass. Don't care if anyone cares that I'm cussing either.

Like you, I caught it in the 3rd Qtr and he was already hobbling. Feel for the kid, but so, so happy Riley got thwarted from making the CFP.

He was hit pretty good a couple of times early on a scramble and a sack. I believe it was in the 2nd qtr. I didn’t notice a limp until 2nd half.

ETX, Tfloss or anyone that knows, how many scholarships are currently available as of today?
I was tracking them at 82 (3 available already), 8 scholarship athletes heading to the portal right now (not including Ben Ballard), 16 Srs, Bijan and maybe JWhitt for around 28 or 29. Does that seem about right?
