This is a good point.

However, you seemed to have missed the fact that we can inflict damage on a bitter enemy by removing him from their class and putting him in ours. That's tasty right there.

Wilson, I could see them circle back to him at some point. Vasek never committed to us and thus really didn't reject us. Wilson rejected us, so I could imagine there would be some hesitancy on staff's part. Besides, they may just be respecting the kid's wishes and leaving him alone.

IT reporting TE Ka'Morreun Pimpton of North Crowley will be in Austin on Saturday, and it sounds like a Texas offer would be hard to beat.

His father likes the idea of him being closer to home since he's currently committed to Vandy, and they both like the TE usage from Sark this year.

I think Pimpton has more talent than either Shannon or Randle.

What I mean is, from Texas' perspective? Does it mean we feel like we are out of it for Duce?

Does it mean that we don't plan to take one of Shannon or Randle? I can't imagine we take 3 TEs, especially if one isn't a 5 star talent like Duce.

If you remove the possibility of taking 3 TEs, then you have a good question. They may see Randle or Shannon in another position. We recruited Connor Williams who played TE. He made a nice tackle for us.

Burton on IT wrote this morning he thinks the dam is close to breaking when it comes to Texas' recruiting.

He think we could see some real movement next week if Texas has another good showing this weekend.

They mentioned today that Texas could be taking TWO portal WRs if everything lines up.

It seems they've identified another target already since recent talk has been only one.

@Sirhornsalothit on this already, but I think the staff understands Duce is a longshot and they like Pimpton enough that they're positioning themselves as best they can as to not miss out on a potential flip.

Randle and Shannon are status quo.
