I watched the game and even though I wasn't excited before it started, that changed when they kicked off. Here are my thoughts.

For those of you handing the QB position to Card next season, hold on. CT played very well last night. He has a good accurate arm and a solid head on his shoulders. If last night was an audition, CT should start. I'm excited to see how he does next season.

Bijan is a man! He may not be 40 but wow! I like RoJo but Bijan is in a different class. I'd like to see them both line up in the backfield once in awhile.

Collins is a stud! I would have given him Defensive MVP on his INT alone.

There were a lot of FR & Sophs playing last night who did a good job. Makes you excited for the future.

Now for the bad news for most, I think Tom is coming back next season after last night. Hard to fire a coach that wins a bowl game setting records doing it. The only way he gets fired now is if UM, and only UM, takes the job.

So was last night an anomaly or a sign of things to come? I hope it's the latter.

It is amazing how much better some positions improve with other players get a chance to play. Maybe another fault of Toms too loyal to upper class players.

IMOthe OL has looked much better in last two games. And QB wasimproved in second half.

Could be. However it on the coaches to get best players on the field and they have not done that.

Dare I say it however that was a VY move and his best pass of the game!

Might of been a VY move but it was a Colt pass.  There were three defenders in the neighborhood him and he put it on the mark and on time and kept Brewer moving to space.
