Beau just never could seem to get it all out back together, despite being given numerous opportunities. He’s a good guy, and I wish him luck moving forward.

Bear, 

I believe that was a big part of it. With so many talented young arms, there are not many innings available for a senior that is trying to find his way back to being dominant. Add to that the travel roster is smaller than the full roster and he was on the short list. 

I appreciate how good he was his sophomore year, and he just couldn’t seem to get back to that level, despite being given multiple opportunities up to this point over the last season and a half. He will always be a Longhorn and I hope he gets his degree and does good things moving on into his adult life.

Sucks for Beau but I wish him luck! Hope he kills it on the Bassmasters pro fishing tour instead!
