2019 Recruiting Board/Thread

Man, the aggy obsessive boyfriend syndrome is really showing up in the Demani Richardson recruitment. Naviar went there to see him and aggy coaches showed up and seemingly tried to intimidate the situation.

Thats not going to fly with recruits very long.
Got a feeling this season of aggy football is going to be one of the best we've witnessed in a while.  It's like the .500 record for the last 2 years never happened in the minds of aggy fans and that was with way more talent that what he'll have trotting out on the field this year.

If Leal is indeed an impressionable kid, what happens to poor little Bimbo when he sees Clemson roll aggy then Orlando's D' go out and dominate USC?  This is if he's even still committed to them by then.

I think Demani is eventually going to be tired of Bimbo's BS and realize he made a mistake committing on the spot to aggy.

We offered Noa Pola-Gates safety out of AZ. I really like this offer and he’s gained a lot of attention lately... he’s a stud and I think he’s going to be ranked even higher by NSD. Also for the people that like numbers he’s  got legit 4.4 speed and a 37in vert

I think the way Herman and staff are going about recruiting we won't be seeing many decommits.  The pressure tactic has already resulted in multiple decommits at places like OU and aggy and I bet we haven't seen the last from those 2 places either.  Also, Herman seems to be staying away from these prima donna / off field issue type kids who have already had multiple decommits, no matter how high ranked they are.  I think the 4 commits we have now are as solid as can be, even the Cali. kid.

No doubt! I think we’ll have west coast commits when it’s all said and done

I think going forward you'll see us hit Cali. hard and get a couple each year, 1-2 from Louisiana, and some spread out among Florida, Georgia, Missouri, ect.  If Herman can get to 10+ wins / New Years 6 Bowl / playoffs he'll be hand picking his classes going forward.

Floyd has been on campus more than a lot of Texas kids.  That kid's gonna' thrive in Orlando's defense.
I was thinking the same thing! He’ll be a beast at that Rover position and I hope he continues to influence some of the Cali studs we’re recruiting

Everyone agrees that last season's DB haul was one for the ages, right?

Well, how would you feel about following that up with Watson, Catalon, Banks, Adimora and maybe . . . maybe throw in Richardson?

That would be two national championship caliber DB classes, back to back.

Good, very good but to be honest I want a truly elite cover CB(Singley or Steele level guy). Watson is pretty good and Banks is not bad but neither IMHO are game changing cover CBs. Love Catalon as a S/NB and Adimora as a S. Richardson/Cine as S is damn good also.

Pass Rushers and Island Lockdown CBs change seasons.

Would be an insane amount of depth with a lot of versatility and athleticism.
