Reports from KVUE & AAS is saying that Charlie has coached his last game at Texas.  What are your (Mike & Daniel,) opinions on the legitimacy of these reports and whether or not that's a good idea?

We've heard he will coach against TCU. Waiting on confirmation.

It may be his choice not to coach the TCU game, otherwise I don't understand it.  The guy is a class act.  If he wants to coach the game, and the players want him to coach the game, why not?

I respect Coach Strong, and believe he really cares about the team.  I also believe he gave this job his very best, but for some reason, it just didn't work.  I was concerned about the stress and his health toward the end.  You could see the toll it was taking on him.

If he chose to say goodbye to the team this way, and thinks it is for the best, I understand.  I don't think the administration would deny him the opportunity to coach the team against TCU.

More confirmation says he will coach against TCU. He told the team he wouldn't be back, but we expect to see him against TCU
