Ft. Worth > Dallas > Houston. ;)

Rangers are more FW's team, too IMO, and now the Cowboys reside in Tarrant County.

Oh...and Colonial > BNC

True but still better than the rest
Weird is not better.  It's just weird.

Besides, Austin is a little left of Mao Tse Tung.

The traffic is worse than LA and housing prices have been driven up by west coast hippie immigrants, with bags of money from selling their tiny and over priced pieces of crap in Cali.  :)

And everyone on here is too damned old to be cruising 6th street, anyway.

I don't cruise 6th street either, way too old myself. Sorry, have been to LA and is no way the traffic here worse than there.

Let's put it this way, I'll bet anyone who lives in Dallas/Ft Worth, Houston or San Antonio area a cold beer that they come to Austin more than I go to those cities. Any takers? ;)

None of that matters since nobody can even get to those venues because of a city with traffic equal to Tyler, Texas that acts like it's Houston traffic. 820 Loop on north side is a mandatory traffic jam region, where traffic is created out of thin air. The speed limit is 65 but you will never see it.

Denton>FT Worth>Dallas>Houston

That's why if I ever get back to Austin, I would live in either Lago Vista, Dripping Springs, Buda, Bastrop, or Elgin.  Close enough to get to Austin whenever I want, but just outside the traffic and hippies. :)

You're right about 820 N, but I never have to get on that road to get downtown or to Arlington for a game.

Can't stand to drive or spend much time in any of the big cities. Just too hectic. I'm too old to tolerate that kind of traffic.

You need to get out more.  :)

I was just pulling your leg about Austin.  Hell, I grew up there and I'm only living in Houston (the area) temporarily anyway.  I've been here since 1968 and I've told my wife not to unpack.

But as far as I am concerned, Austin has more illegal immigrants from California than it does from Mexico.  ANYONE from Cali should be deemed illegal - for immigrating to Austin.  :)
