***Texas vs Tulane Official Game 3 Thread***

Happy Sunday baseball fans. 

Texas hosts Tulane for Game 3 of this final non-conference series.  The Longhorns split yesterday with the Green Wave.  After dropping Game 1 on a late 2-run HR, 3-2, the Horns bounced back and capitalized on Tulane mistakes and 10 hits to win the nightcap 10-3.  The team came out noticeably ready to play in Game 2.  Let's see if they can carry the momentum into today's matchup.

Word is that Baker tripped over the ump at 1B yesterday and aggravated his ankle.  He gets a day off to rest it.  He didn't take pregame IF.  McKenzie in at 2B for him.

Kyle Johnston takes the hill after starting on Friday night, but only seeing a couple of innings of work due to the postponement of the game. 

Texas REALLY needs to come out and get the win today.  One game on the schedule, (Tuesday,) against UTSA before TCU comes to town to start Big12 play.  You want to go into that series with some confidence.
